·         Trade Law in Iran’s Current Legal System. The first edition was published in 2000, and the Seventh edition published in 2008 had more specific amendments and changes. This book has 1100 pages and is the clearest and most reliable text available to cover the increasingly complex subject of Iranian Trade Law. It is true to say that it discusses most of the completely important aspects of the Iranian Trade Law. While it emphasizes principles, it is not mainly theoretical; on the contrary, an attempt has been made to concentrate on those principles, which are important in practice and explain how they operate article by article of the Iranian Trade Law.
